Sammy Reworn is a UK-based online shop specialising in curated pre-loved clothing and accessories.

2. Products

  • All items are pre-loved / second-hand and sold in the condition described on the product page.

  • Each product is one-of-a-kind, so once sold it cannot be restocked.

  • We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but colours may appear differently on screens.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments (or any other integrated checkout option).

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship to UK addresses only.

  • Free shipping applies on orders over £80 after discounts.

  • Standard tracked shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with no new marks or damage.

  • If you change your mind or the item does not fit, you are responsible for return postage costs.

  • If we send the wrong item or it is faulty, we will cover the return postage.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has shipped, please follow the returns process.

7. Use of Website

  • Content on our site (images, text, branding) is owned by Sammy Reworn and may not be copied without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., hacking, fraudulent orders, etc.).

8. Liability

  • Sammy Reworn is not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, extreme weather).

  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities or consequential damages.
